Rules & Regulations.

All residents must maintain a respectful, dignified, and courteous attitude towards fellow residents, staff, and neighbours at all times.

The use, possession, or storage of alcohol, narcotics, or any intoxicating substance is strictly forbidden anywhere on hostel premises.

Smoking is not permitted inside rooms, corridors, dining areas, or any indoor space. Designated outdoor areas may be used where provided.

Any form of physical altercation, verbal abuse, harassment, or bullying is treated as a zero-tolerance offence and will result in immediate eviction.

Residents are expected to dress modestly in shared and public areas of the hostel.

Boys hostels: Main gate closes at 11:00 PM. Late arrivals must inform the warden in advance and sign the late-entry register.

Girls hostel: Main gate closes at 9:00 PM sharp. Any exception requires written permission from parents/guardians and the female warden.

Residents leaving for more than 24 hours must fill out the leave-out form at reception before departure.

The main gate opens at 5:30 AM. Entry before this time requires prior coordination with the on-duty guard.

Visitors are welcome only in the designated reception / visitor lounge area — never inside resident rooms or living quarters.

All visitors must sign the visitor register at the gate and present a valid CNIC or student ID.

Visiting hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Girls hostel visitors are limited to immediate family only.

Overnight guests are not permitted under any circumstances without prior written approval from the management.

Residents are responsible for keeping their rooms clean and tidy. Weekly room inspections will be carried out.

Any damage to hostel property — furniture, fixtures, walls, doors, or electrical fittings — will be charged to the responsible resident.

Unauthorised modifications to rooms (painting, drilling, rewiring) are strictly prohibited.

Use of heaters, heavy appliances, and cooking equipment inside rooms is not permitted due to fire safety regulations.

Please switch off lights, fans, and electronics when leaving your room to help us keep rent stable.

Three meals are served daily: Breakfast (7:00–9:30 AM), Lunch (12:30–2:30 PM), Dinner (7:30–9:30 PM).

Meals are served in the dining hall only. Food may be taken to rooms by special request during illness.

Please be considerate — take only what you will eat. Wasted food adds to everyone's cost.

Residents with dietary restrictions or allergies should inform the kitchen in writing upon check-in.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM. Loud music, gatherings, or group conversations are not allowed during this time.

Television, music, and phone calls should be kept at a volume that does not disturb roommates or neighbours.

The study room / lounge is a silent zone at all times.

Residents must carry their hostel ID card at all times while entering or leaving the premises.

Do not share your room key, gate access code, or Wi-Fi password with outsiders.

Report any suspicious activity, missing items, or safety concerns to the warden or management immediately.

Valuables should be kept locked. The hostel is not responsible for cash or personal items left unattended.

Fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and first-aid kits are provided — please do not tamper with them.

Monthly rent is due on or before the 5th of every month. A grace period of 3 days is granted; after that a late fee of Rs. 500 per day applies.

A refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at the time of check-in.

Rent covers room, utilities, Wi-Fi, three meals, and weekly cleaning. There are no hidden charges.

Residents wishing to vacate must give a minimum of 15 days' written notice to be eligible for the security deposit refund.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of check-out, after deduction of any damages.

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Political, religious, or commercial gatherings inside the hostel are not permitted without management approval.

Residents are expected to participate in fire drills and safety briefings when organised.

Management reserves the right to enter any room for inspection, repairs, or in case of emergency, with reasonable notice.

The management reserves the right to update these rules at any time. Residents will be notified of changes.
